Cookie Policy

Last updated: October 26, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Gmore ("we", "our", or "us") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website at gmore.app. This policy should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, remember your preferences, and provide information to website owners. Cookies can be "persistent" (remaining on your device until deleted or expired) or "session" cookies (deleted when you close your browser).

2. How We Use Cookies

Our website uses the following categories of cookies:

Essential Cookies

Always Active

These cookies are necessary for the website to function and cannot be switched off. They are set in response to actions you take such as setting your privacy preferences, logging in, or filling in forms.

  • Session management and authentication
  • Security tokens and CSRF protection
  • Load balancing and server routing

Performance and Analytics Cookies

These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our website by collecting and reporting information anonymously. This helps us improve the website experience.

  • Page view and visitor counts
  • Traffic sources and navigation paths
  • Page load times and error reporting
  • PostHog analytics for product improvement

Functional Cookies

These cookies enable enhanced functionality and personalisation, such as remembering your preferences and choices.

  • Remembering your language or region preference
  • Remembering your login status
  • Storing your display preferences

Marketing Cookies

These cookies may be set through our site by advertising partners. They may be used to build a profile of your interests and show you relevant content on other sites.

  • Measuring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns
  • Limiting the number of times you see an advertisement
  • Understanding engagement with promotional content

Visit counts without cookies. We also count visits to gmore.app with Vercel Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device, and it does not identify you: it records the page, the site you came from, your country, and your browser, operating system and device type, so we can see how many people visit each page. Because nothing is stored on your device, it runs whether or not you accept analytics cookies.

Speed measurements without cookies. We measure how quickly each page loads and responds when you tap or type, and send those timings to PostHog with the page, the part of the page involved, your device type, connection speed and time zone. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, keeps no IP address and does not identify you, so it also runs whether or not you accept analytics cookies.

3. Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies are placed by third-party services that appear on our pages. We use the following third-party services that may set cookies:

  • PostHog: Product analytics and feature flags to improve the user experience
  • Cloudflare: Security, performance optimisation, and content delivery
  • Google Maps: Embedded maps for property locations (when viewing listings)

These third parties have their own privacy and cookie policies. We encourage you to review them.

4. Mobile App

The Gmore mobile application (iOS and Android) does not use browser cookies. Instead, the app uses device identifiers and in-app analytics (PostHog) to understand usage patterns and improve the experience. You can limit app tracking through your device privacy settings:

  • iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking > disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
  • Android: Settings > Privacy > Ads > enable "Opt out of Ads Personalisation"

5. Managing Cookies

You can control and manage cookies in several ways. Please note that removing or blocking cookies may impact your experience and some website features may not function properly.

Browser Settings

Most browsers allow you to view, manage, delete, and block cookies. Be aware that if you delete all cookies, any preferences you have set will be lost, including the ability to opt out of cookies (as the opt-out itself requires placing a cookie).

  • Chrome: Settings > Privacy and Security > Cookies and other site data
  • Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data
  • Safari: Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data
  • Edge: Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Manage and delete cookies

Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Our website currently does not respond to DNT signals, but we respect your privacy choices through the cookie management options described above.

6. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, regulation, or our business practices. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
