Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 2026

By accessing or using the Gmore application ("App") and website at gmore.app (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.

1. User Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Services
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details up to date
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account
  • Only users who have verified their phone number (and, where required, their identity) may initiate direct communication with realtors through the App

2. Subscription and Fees

  • Certain features, including direct realtor communication, require a paid monthly subscription
  • Subscription fees are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis through the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) or payment provider
  • Subscriptions bought through an app store are refunded by that store under its own policy. Gmore does not independently process refund requests for app store purchases
  • Payments made directly to Gmore, including owner monthly plans, are covered by our Cancellation and Refunds policy
  • You may cancel an app store subscription at any time through your device settings or account settings within the App. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Owner monthly plans have their own terms in section 2A
  • We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with at least 30 days prior notice. Continued use after a fee change constitutes acceptance

2A. Owner Monthly Plans

  • Owners who list with Gmore choose a monthly plan, Standard or Priority. Its price is set by the property's expected price (for a sale) or monthly rent (for a rental), is shown before you pay, and includes GST. Filming by Gmore is included in your plan. You pay only your monthly plan.
  • If Gmore cannot put your property live, for any reason on our side, we refund everything you paid on your plan, including any Priority payment, and your plan stops. There is no refund if you change your mind
  • Priority adds Featured placement at the top of Gmore for each month it is paid, and posts of the property video on Gmore's YouTube, Facebook and Instagram. Neither plan promises a sale, a tenant or a date
  • You pay by UPI Autopay or card through Razorpay. The first month is charged when you approve the mandate, and each month after that on the same date, with a GST invoice for every payment. Gmore books the filming visit after the first payment
  • Your property goes live after the filming, once you have verified your ID in the App, and stays live for each month paid for
  • If a monthly payment fails, Razorpay tries it again and your listing stays live for 7 days after the month paid for ends. If it is still unpaid after that, your plan ends and your listing is hidden
  • How to stop: cancel the mandate in your UPI app or with your card or bank, or ask Gmore Concierge in the App and we stop it within 1 working day. Nothing more is charged, and your listing stays live until the end of the month already paid for, with no extra days after it
  • You can move from Standard to Priority at any time: Priority starts at once, you pay the Priority price that day, and the unused days of your Standard month are refunded to you. A move from Priority to Standard takes effect from your next payment date
  • You can restart a plan that has ended, from the App, at the price shown then
  • When your property is sold or rented, tell Gmore Concierge and we stop your plan
  • Owners who paid the one-time listing fee before monthly plans keep the listing and renewal terms they paid under
  • Refunds of payments made directly to Gmore, including when everything paid on a plan is refunded, are set out in our Cancellation and Refunds policy

3. Identity Verification

Biometric Data Consent

By completing identity verification, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your biometric data as described in our Privacy Policy.

  • Realtors and certain users may be required to complete identity verification, which includes submitting government-issued identification documents, a live selfie photograph, and biometric face data (face embeddings)
  • Verification data is used solely to confirm your identity, prevent fraud, and detect duplicate accounts
  • Gmore reserves the right to deny or revoke verification status if submitted information is found to be fraudulent, inaccurate, or in violation of these Terms

4. Verified Realtor Accounts

  • Realtors must verify their identity and professional status upon registration
  • Realtors agree to maintain truthful, accurate, and up-to-date profile information, including property listings, videos, and client testimonials
  • Gmore does not guarantee the accuracy of any realtor credentials or property information. Users should independently verify all details

4A. Lead Data and Buyer Contact Restrictions

If Gmore shares or makes available a buyer’s name, phone number, listing reference, enquiry context, or related lead information (“Lead Data”) to you, you agree to use that Lead Data only to respond to that buyer’s specific Gmore property enquiry.

You must not sell, rent, publish, transfer, disclose, or otherwise share Lead Data with any third party. You must not add Lead Data to marketing lists, bulk-message lists, unrelated CRM campaigns, or use it to contact the buyer about unrelated properties or services unless the buyer gives fresh consent.

If Gmore notifies you that a buyer has withdrawn consent, or if the access window expires, you must stop using the Lead Data and delete locally stored copies unless retention is required by applicable law.

You must protect Lead Data using reasonable security safeguards and restrict access to authorised personnel only. You must comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, telecom/commercial-communication rules, and other applicable law.

Gmore may audit, suspend, restrict, or terminate your lead access for breach of this clause. You will indemnify Gmore for claims, losses, penalties, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse, unauthorised disclosure, or unlawful processing of Lead Data.

5. Content and Usage Guidelines

You agree not to:

  • Post inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent property information
  • Share spam, unsolicited promotional content, or malicious links
  • Engage in harmful, offensive, abusive, or discriminatory behaviour
  • Violate the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of others
  • Use AI-generated content in a misleading manner, including fabricated property descriptions, reviews, or images that misrepresent actual conditions
  • Attempt to circumvent identity verification, impersonate another person, or create fraudulent accounts

Gmore reserves the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines, without prior notice.

6. Ownership and Licensing of Content

  • You retain ownership of original content you submit (videos, images, reviews, Q&A posts)
  • Property videos, photos and other material that Gmore or its videographers film or produce for a listing are the property of Gmore, including when the property is also listed elsewhere. They may not be used outside Gmore without Gmore's written permission
  • By submitting content, you grant Gmore a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the platform and for promotional purposes
  • Upon account deletion, Gmore will remove your content from public visibility within a reasonable timeframe. Residual copies may persist in backups for up to 90 days, after which they will be permanently deleted

7. Buzz Feature

  • The "Buzz" Q&A feed facilitates real-time questions, locality insights, and community interactions
  • Users and realtors must ensure that information shared through Buzz is accurate, respectful, and compliant with community guidelines
  • Gmore does not verify the accuracy of user-generated Buzz content and is not liable for decisions made based on such content

8. Appointments and Property Viewings

  • The Services may facilitate scheduling of property viewings and appointments between users and realtors
  • Gmore acts solely as an intermediary for scheduling and is not a party to any viewing arrangement, agreement, or transaction
  • Users and realtors are solely responsible for their safety, conduct, and any agreements made during or after property viewings

9. Performance Metrics and Analytics

  • Realtors have access to analytics including leaderboard rankings, reel performance metrics, and engagement data
  • Users acknowledge that Gmore tracks interaction data to provide insights, personalise the experience, and enhance platform services

10. Interactions and Transactions

  • Gmore is not responsible for any agreements, negotiations, or transactions between users and realtors
  • Users should independently verify property details, realtor qualifications, pricing, and legal compliance with local real estate regulations before entering into any transaction
  • Gmore does not provide real estate advice, valuations, or legal counsel

11. Limitation of Liability

  • The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied
  • Gmore does not warrant the accuracy of property listings, the authenticity of realtor credentials, or the outcome of any transaction
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gmore's total liability for any claims shall not exceed the total subscription fees you have paid to Gmore in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim
  • In no event shall Gmore be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gmore, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes should first be communicated to info@gmore.app. We will attempt to resolve disputes informally within 30 days
  • If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration administered under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India), conducted in English, with the seat of arbitration in Bangalore, India
  • Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration unless the arbitrator determines otherwise

14. Termination of Services

  • Gmore reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for breaches of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion with reasonable notice
  • You may terminate your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately
  • Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Dispute Resolution) shall survive

15. Force Majeure

Gmore shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, power failures, internet or telecommunications failures, or third-party service outages.

16. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 15 days in advance through the App or via email. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles
  • If you access or use Gmore from other jurisdictions, you are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws, rules, and regulations
