For agents, brokers and realtors
The video-first platform for real estate agents and brokers
Gmore is a real estate platform built around video. Every listing is a short vertical tour, every agent has a verified profile that can carry their licence, and every buyer who asks for you lands in one inbox: calls, call backs, messages, visits and offers. Agents and brokers list free once their ID is verified, and take Gmore Pro to call, message and reply to the buyers who ask for them.

What your buyers see
Real screens from the Gmore app. This is how buyers meet your listings, and how they reach you.
01 · In the feed
Your listings in the feed buyers swipe
Buyers move through property videos the way they move through reels: one swipe, the next property. Your listing plays full screen, with your name and verified badge on it.
Video on every listing
02 · One tap
From the video to you in one tap
Under every video, buyers can chat with you, book a visit or ask for a call. Each request reaches you with the listing it came from, in one Buyers inbox.
Chat, visit or call from the video

03 · Site visits
Site visits with live arrival times
Buyers pick a day and a time in the app. On the day, you and the buyer each see roughly how many minutes away the other is, and both check in on arrival.
Arrival times shared on the day
04 · Offers
Offers that mean business
Buyers say when they can buy and how they will pay, then set a price. Offers below 85% of the asking price are not allowed, so the ones you get are serious.
No offers below 85% of asking
05 · Gmore ID
A permanent ID for every listing
Each listing gets its own Gmore ID and short link, like gmore.app/l/GM-L-47GQTNR, for your visiting card, WhatsApp and status updates. Whoever opens it lands on the video.
One ID, one link, one video

One platform for how you sell
Video on every listing
Short vertical tours buyers actually watch, shot on a phone, a camera or a drone and posted from your phone with a guided upload. Or hire a videographer in the app.
A verified professional identity
Your ID is checked, and the licence you add shows next to the teal tick, so buyers know who they are talking to before they call.
Every buyer in one inbox
Calls, call backs, messages, visits and offers from buyers who watched your property and asked for you. Each is marked Hot or Warm, with a follow-up ready to send.
A profile that works like a channel
Your listings, an intro video, service areas, client reviews, response time and market ranking in one place, shared by WhatsApp or QR code.
Buyers from anywhere
In the 90 days to 14 October 2026, 1,070 of the 1,682 people who watched a property on Gmore lived more than 100 km from it, and people in 14 countries watched.
Pro tools as you grow

Questions agents and brokers ask
Is Gmore free for real estate agents and brokers?
Listing is free once your ID is verified: post as many property videos as you like and keep your verified badge. To call, message or reply to the buyers who ask for you, you take Gmore Pro, one subscription for every buyer in your inbox. Its current price is shown in the app before you pay.
How do I get buyer leads on Gmore?
Post your properties as short videos and add the areas you work in. Buyers who watch can call you, ask for a call back, message you, book a site visit or make an offer. Every one of them lands in your Buyers inbox, marked Hot or Warm, and Gmore notifies you so you can respond while the buyer is still looking.
How is Gmore different from a property portal?
Gmore is built around video and verified people. Every listing is a video tour, every agent carries a checked ID, with their licence when they add it, and the buyers who reach you are people who watched your property and asked for you. One Gmore Pro subscription covers all of them, instead of buying contact packages.
How do I get the verified agent badge on Gmore?
Verify your ID in the app with a passport or driving licence, or with Aadhaar or PAN in India, then take a quick selfie. Once checked, the teal tick shows on your profile, your listings and your calls. Add your licence or registration number too, and it shows next to the badge once Gmore checks it.
Which licences can I add to my Gmore profile?
The app asks for the licence used where you work: RERA agent registration in India, a RERA broker number in the UAE, a state licence in the US or Australia, RICS or Propertymark in the UK, CEA registration in Singapore, and the local licence in Canada, Malaysia, the Philippines, South Africa, Saudi Arabia and Nigeria. Elsewhere, add your professional registration.
Do I need RERA registration to work as a real estate agent in India?
Under section 9 of the RERA Act, an agent must register with the state authority to sell plots, flats or buildings in a RERA-registered project, and quote the number in every sale. In Tamil Nadu, TNRERA charges ₹25,000 for an individual and ₹50,000 for a firm, from 15 July 2024. Whether your own work needs it depends on the deal, so check with your state authority.
Who makes the property videos?
You do, on your own terms. Shoot a vertical video of up to 90 seconds on your phone, a camera or a drone, then post it from your phone. The app walks you through the details as you upload, and the tour goes live on your listing and your profile.
What does Gmore Pro add for agents?
Pro is how you reach buyers: they can call you directly, and you can read and reply to every buyer in your inbox. It also adds site visits with your calendar, offers with counter-offers, a deal tracker with documents, analytics on your listings and profile, featured listings and invites for your own clients. The current price is shown in the app.
