For developers, builders and layout promoters
The video-first platform for property developers and builders
Gmore gives property developers, builders and layout promoters one place to show every project the way buyers want to see it: a short video tour of each layout, villa or apartment, on a verified developer profile, with every buyer who asks for you in one inbox. Developers list free once their ID is verified, pay a small fee only for a buyer they choose to unlock, or take Pro to reach every buyer.

What your buyers see
Real screens from the Gmore app. This is how buyers meet your project, and how they reach you.
01 · In the feed
Your project in the feed buyers swipe
Buyers move through property videos the way they move through reels: one swipe, the next property. An aerial pass over your layout, its roads and its gate gives them the first look before they travel.
Video on every listing
02 · One tap
From the video to you in one tap
Under every video, buyers can chat with you, book a visit or ask for a call. Each request reaches you with the listing it came from, in one Buyers inbox.
Chat, visit or call from the video

03 · Site visits
Site visits with live arrival times
Buyers pick a day and a time in the app. On the day, you and the buyer each see roughly how many minutes away the other is, and both check in on arrival.
Arrival times shared on the day
04 · Offers
Offers that mean business
Buyers say when they can buy and how they will pay, then set a price. Offers below 85% of the asking price are not allowed, so the ones you get are serious.
No offers below 85% of asking
05 · Gmore ID
A permanent ID for every project
Each listing gets its own Gmore ID and short link, like gmore.app/l/GM-L-47GQTNR, for hoardings, brochures and WhatsApp. Whoever opens it lands on the video.

One platform for every project
Every project on video
Walk buyers along the roads, the boundary and the approach, or through a finished home, before they visit. Phone, camera or drone footage all work.
A verified developer profile
Your ID is checked and your profile shows you as a Property Developer, with the teal tick, an intro video, client reviews and every project you list.
Approvals buyers can see
Put your registration and approval numbers in the listing, such as RERA and DTCP or CMDA in India, so buyers see them before they call.
Every buyer in one inbox
Calls, call backs, messages, visits and offers from buyers who watched your project and asked for you, each marked Hot or Warm.
Buyers from anywhere
In the 90 days to 14 October 2026, 1,070 of the 1,682 people who watched a property on Gmore lived more than 100 km from it, and people in 14 countries watched.

Questions developers ask
How do I sell plots in a new layout online?
Show buyers the layout before they travel: a video along the approach, the gate, the internal roads and the boundary, with the smallest and largest plot and the rate. Put your approval numbers in the listing, answer requests quickly and offer site visits. On Gmore, buyers who watch can chat, book a visit or ask for a call straight from the video, and every request lands in one inbox.
What is the best platform to list a new real estate project?
It depends on what the project needs. Property portals have the largest buyer audiences in their markets, paid ads grow with budget, and agencies run launch campaigns. Gmore is built for video: every listing is a tour, your profile is ID-verified, buyers far from the site can shortlist you, and you pay only for a buyer who asks for you. They work side by side.
How do I get NRI and out-of-town buyers for my project?
Give buyers far away a video tour to shortlist from, the approvals in writing and a quick reply. In the 90 days to 14 October 2026, 1,070 of the 1,682 people who watched a property on Gmore lived more than 100 km from it, and people in 14 countries watched. On Gmore, each layout, villa or apartment has its own tour, and buyers anywhere can chat, book a visit or ask for a call from it.
What should a layout or project video show?
What a buyer would check on a first visit: the approach road and the distance to the main road, the gate, the internal roads, the boundary, a few plots with their markers and the landmarks nearby. For villas and apartments, walk through a finished home. On Gmore, each video is vertical and up to 90 seconds, shot on a phone, a camera or a drone.
How much does it cost to list projects on Gmore?
Listing is free once your ID is verified, for every plot, villa or apartment you post. When a buyer asks for you, you can unlock them for a small fee, shown in the app before you pay. In India it is ₹99 + GST. Pro removes the per-buyer fee; its price is shown in the app. For comparison, Sell.Do puts a paid ad lead in India at ₹150 to ₹2,500 in 2026.
Does my project need RERA registration in India?
Under section 3 of the RERA Act, a promoter cannot advertise, book or sell plots or apartments in a project in a planning area until it is registered, unless the land is 500 sq m or less or the project has eight apartments or fewer. Once registered, section 11(2) requires the number and the authority website in every advert. TNRERA charges ₹5 per sq m for a layout.
Can buyers see my approvals before they call?
Yes. Add your registration and approval numbers to the listing, such as your RERA number and your DTCP or CMDA approval in Tamil Nadu, and they show with the video, so buyers can check them before they call or travel.
Can my sales team and agents share my project?
Yes. Every listing has its own Gmore ID and short link that anyone can share on WhatsApp or print on a brochure, and it opens on the video. Today each salesperson joins with their own account and verified ID, and buyers reach the person who listed. Company accounts for builders and agencies, with a team under one name, are on the way.
