Cancellation and Refunds

Last updated October 2026

1. Monthly plans

Property owners list with Gmore on a monthly plan, Standard or Priority, paid by UPI Autopay or card through Razorpay. The first month is charged when you start the plan, and each month after that on the same date, with a GST invoice for every payment. Filming by Gmore is included in your plan. You pay only your monthly plan.

  • If Gmore cannot put your property live, for any reason on our side, we refund everything you paid on your plan, including any Priority payment, and your plan stops. You do not need to ask.
  • Once you have paid, a payment is not refunded if you change your mind. Months already paid are not refunded, whether or not your property sells or rents in that time.
  • If you need to move the filming date, tell us at least 24 hours before the confirmed time and we will move it at no cost.
  • Moving from Standard to Priority: Priority starts at once and you pay the Priority price that day. The unused days of your Standard month are refunded to you automatically. A move from Priority to Standard starts from your next payment date, with no refund.
  • A duplicate or double charge is always refunded, without you having to ask. If we find one we refund it and tell you.

2. When a monthly payment fails, or a plan stops

If a monthly payment fails, Razorpay tries it again and your listing stays live for 7 days after the month you paid for ends. If it is still unpaid after that, your plan ends and your listing is hidden until you restart the plan.

When a plan stops, nothing more is charged and your listing stays live until the end of the month already paid for. There are no extra days after a plan you stopped. How to stop a plan is set out in section 2A of our Terms and Conditions.

3. Listings paid before monthly plans

Owners who paid the one-time listing fee before monthly plans keep the terms they paid under: the included listing period, renewals at the monthly listing fee, automatic renewal they can turn off in the app, and 7 days of grace after a late renewal. Part months are not refunded. Where Gmore showed a refund promise before that first payment, it stays on the terms shown then.

4. Pay when it sells

When a pay-when-it-sells plan is offered, there is no upfront fee to refund. The success fee falls due only after a sale completes, and is governed by the agreement you sign rather than by this page.

5. Subscriptions bought through an app store

Realtor and agency subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are refunded by that store under its own policy, not by Gmore. This page covers only payments made directly to Gmore.

6. How refunds are paid

An approved refund goes back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days. We do not refund to a different account or by any other method.

To ask for a refund, message Gmore Concierge in the app or write to us. Tell us the property and the payment date. We will answer within 3 working days.
