What house buyers in Coimbatore ask first
- Age and approval
- How old the house is, and whether it was built to an approved plan.
- Water
- A borewell, corporation or panchayat water, and the sump and overhead tank.
- Parking and road
- Car parking, and the width of the road in front.
- Facing
- Which way the house faces: many buyers ask for east or north facing.
Say these in your video and your listing: the buyers who call are then the ones your house suits.

Questions
Questions owners ask
How do I sell my house in Coimbatore?
List it with Gmore from this page. We film your house in Coimbatore, and your video goes to buyers searching for houses in Coimbatore and nearby. Buyers call or WhatsApp you directly, or Gmore takes every enquiry for you.
Can I sell my house if it still has a home loan?
Yes. Part of the buyer's payment clears your loan, your bank hands back the original documents, and the sale is registered. Tell your Property Advisor about the loan when they call.
How do I get my house ready for the filming visit?
Clear and clean the rooms, switch on the lights and open the windows. Our videographer films every room, the kitchen, the bathrooms, the terrace and the street outside.
How much does it cost?
From ₹8,999 including GST, for a property up to 5,000 sq ft. Your exact fee is set for your property, by its size and value, and shown to you before you pay. It covers the filming visit, the professional video and the first month of listing. After that the listing continues at ₹999 a month until you stop. There is no commission when your property sells.
Do I pay commission when my property sells?
No. You pay the flat listing fee and nothing when your property sells. In India, agents usually charge 1 to 2% of the sale price.
What if my property does not sell?
If your property is not sold within 18 months of going live, you get a full fee refund, minus GST. The full terms are on the Cancellation and Refunds page. To qualify, keep the listing live with each monthly fee paid within 7 days of its due date, keep your asking price within the range your Property Advisor recommends, reply to enquiries within 2 days and allow site visits. Read the refund terms.
How long does it take to sell?
It depends on the price, the location and demand, and nobody can promise a date. What Gmore changes is who calls: buyers watch the full video before they contact you, so the calls come from people who already know the property. Your listing stays live for as long as you keep it, with the 18 month refund promise behind it. Read the refund terms.
What documents do I need to sell my property?
Keep these ready: The sale deed and the earlier parent documents; A recent Encumbrance Certificate (EC); The patta for the land under the house; The approved building plan, and the completion certificate if one was issued; Recent property tax receipts and an EB bill; ID and PAN for every owner on the deed. Your Property Advisor goes through them with you on the call.
How do buyers contact me?
You choose. Buyers can call or WhatsApp you directly, or Gmore takes every call and message and tells you only when an interested buyer books a site visit.
Ready to sell your property?
About 3 minutes. You see your exact fee before you pay.
